The first installation requires bumper removal to trim/modify the shutter system. Anytime after that, the intercooler can be changes without removing the bumper cover again.

Exactly!! It is two small cuts, two 8mm bolts, and one bolt connecting it to the motor/actuator and its out.

As a heads up: Our intercooler is a bolt on. Works 100% with factory charge pipes. Trimming/removal of lower grill shutters is required; most people do this anyways. :) Anthony
