Where did all the weight savings rumors actually originate?
  2. "expected" weight gain

So what I read into this, is that you have some inside scoop (you live in the great lakes reagion no less ;) ). So you know at this point the car will no be lighter? Or do you just know the weight of the IRS?
  3. "expected" weight gain

Actually, for quite a while this was a very interesting discussion without any drama. I hope it stays that way. :)
  4. "expected" weight gain

There are alternatives, just nothing from the factory... LS swapped BRZs are the shit as far as weight and power are concerned :)
  5. Closeup Pics of 2015 Mustang

That's most likely a fancy way of saying they made the front subframe that holds the suspension and engine together more stout. Along the lines of what the aftermaret has done for years...
  6. Closeup Pics of 2015 Mustang

Just because it's all new, doesn't mean they started from scratch...
  7. "expected" weight gain

Yeah, except I'm sure that just because the M4 RETAILS for twice as much, it actually costs 2x to produce... Markups on those things are supposedly huge, so in reality the actual cost of the two cars is a lot closer than you think.
  8. 2015 Mustang GT350 Confirmed?

So if that comes true, I would think the best bang for the buck deal will be the GT pp with a blower. Should come in at 40-42 k.
  9. 2015 Mustang GT versus 2014 Camaro SS

Looking at these again and again, I have to say, that the frontend of the Camaro looks sharp after the refresh. I like it just a little more than the Mustang's from dead on frontal shots. As soon as the angle changes though, it's game over for the camaro, even a 3/4 front shot looks better for...
  10. 2015 Mustang GT350 Confirmed?

So if we assume the following: V6: 22k EB: 26k GT: 33k Where would the GT 350 and 500 fall based on past model years?

  12. Official 2.3L Ecoboost Thread

Nobody is going to boost an auto at 2k either, because it will downshift when you floor it. Not sure why you are on a war path with i4 turbos... Got your heart broken by one or something?
  13. Closeup Pics of 2015 Mustang

I would also think I4 with those cute little exhaust pipes.
  14. Official 2.3L Ecoboost Thread

AGP delta 46 DBB. Sorry, no dyno plot on hand. And no, I don't boost it at 2k rpm... Jeez, who would do that? If you want low end grunt, get a chevy...
  15. 2015 Mustang GT Versus 2014 Mustang GT Comparison

To me the single biggest improvement is the steering wheel. God the current one is aweful...
  16. Mustang Daytona ST (Member Concept)

Mustang Turbo. How about a simple Turbo logo in the back, in the GT font?
  17. Official 2.3L Ecoboost Thread

:clap2: Delta46 DBB here. Car is 2700 lbs, so it's quite entertaining. Got N2MB boost-by-gear, so it's usable.
  18. Official 2.3L Ecoboost Thread

@Oldman. You need to look up some SRT4s my friend. Mine in the 400s to the wheels with full boost at about 2800 rpm, holding it to almost 6500. Yes, it is perfectly streetable engine wise, traction however is not. LOL
  19. 2015 Mustang GT Versus 2014 Mustang GT Comparison

In the center of the difuser. Learned that from NFS :)
  20. 2015 Mustang GT Versus 2014 Mustang GT Comparison

I love the shot from the top. The S550 looks twice as wide as the current car. While it's only a few inches wider, the repositioning of the c-pillars was a genious move that adds so much to the looks. Love it.
