Ford said the GT PP will be as fast as the boss. Big whoop... the Boss is slower than the heavy as fuuuuck 1LE where it matters to me - on the track. So assuming that GM's 6th gen fbody will be even faster than the 5th gen, the S550 better be a LOT faster than the last boss. Just my .02...

The camaro 1LE spanks the Boss 302, so the new GT PP better be faster than the 1LE, or else... Now that would lead me to believe that the new specs will be: 444 hp + 3600 lbs max 40k in a 1LE comparable package.

Everything an OEM can do, the aftermarket can do better. So I wouldn't hold my breath on the lap timer stuff. Boy do I hope I'm wrong for once. haha
