How do you like that CC? It's a pretty good looking car, I think (a little Mercedes-esque).
I just couldn't get over my hatred of Volkswagens enough to seriously look at one
There are two primary differences between ignorance and stupidity:
Ignorance is caused by a lack of education, and therefore is curable
Ignorance has limits
I put 22,000 miles on mine in the first 10 months.
I have had the oil changed at the dealer "Quick Lane" every 5,000 miles - it came with "free" oil changes for the first 60,000 miles, and since I paid for those "free" oil changes, I can't see a need to pay for them again.
I had a bad...
So... Earth is being as presented as spherical as part of a global conspiracy to.... what?
Is Earth the only planet which isn't spherical? Why is that? And how can it be?
I get something similar when I try to unlock when it is raining hard. I reach in and pull the handle, and it locks instead of unlocking.
Then I find myself in this silly hokey pokey dance of putting my hand in, pulling it out, trying to find the right combination as I stand there and get...
22,500 since 11/25/2014 - but only about 400 since Oct 1 of this year. Took a new job that only requires me to get to the airport and back every week, and most weeks my wife drops me off and picks me back up (saving two 42 mile round trips per week) so that I don't have to leave my car at the...
So would my '72 Pinto Station Wagon, '75 MGB, '83 Isuzu P'up, '87, '88, and '90 Isuzu Pickups, '89 Honda Civic Wagon, '93 Mazda Protege, my '06 V6 Mustang, my wife's '06 V6 Mustang (RIP), and every single motorcycle that I have owned.
I don't get what the big deal is here. Every single...
Do you find the nav screen to be too bright at night? I usually end up leaving my MFT screen on the home screen at night because every other one is distracting. And yes, I have tried turning the brightness down.....
Thanks,
The standard EcoBoost (Base/Premium) has completely different brakes than the Performance Pack variant.
The TSB doesn't say "If the brakes are squealing, replace the rotors and pads with new ones", it says "On these specific models (EB w/PP, GT without PP), if the brakes are squealing, replace...
When my initial trial ran out back in June, I called to cancel and they offered me an "introductory offer" - 6 months for 29 bucks. That seemed like a pretty good deal, since I was averaging over 2,000 miles per month - a lot of it in places where tracking down a decent radio station was a minor...
Here is something that I have noticed a few times on my car - The seat won't move automatically while my car is in gear (automatic). If I jump in, start the engine, and put it in reverse too quickly, the seat won't return to my memory position. I have to either wait until the seat stops moving...
The update was apparently posted sometime yesterday. I was able to download and install it this evening.
I don't know what all it fixes, and unfortunately, I am flying out at 6:30 in the morning and won't have a chance to drive it until next Saturday. :-(
I am hoping like hell that it...
Craig's Custom Brackets is another option - it mounts higher than the Sto-N-Sho and doesn't require drilling any holes. It mounts to the upper side of the lower grille opening with some insanely strong 3M tape. The plate can be removed or installed in seconds with a single knurled nut, which you...
I am not sure how you got there. My current car is an auto, but my last Mustang was a stick, and I got good mileage in that one, too.
I think that the mileage you get depends almost entirely on a combination of where you drive and how you drive. If you live and drive in downtown Manhattan, or...
I don't look for ways to waste gas, if that is your question. I don't run around in a lower gear than necessary because I think it sounds cool, or anything like that.
I do pass when I get the opportunity, enjoy occasionally going from 0-60 more quickly than I need to, and romp on it a little...
That was pretty much all drive. I don't think I have ever had my car parked with the ignition on. It's either running and I am driving it, or it's parked.
The convertibles have a key actuated trunk release next to the rear seatback. It is there to allow access to the trunk in the event of a dead battery. The fastbacks have fold-down rear seats, so you can just climb through to grab your jumper cables.
