This is a better comparison. Its a totally diff kind of driving than the Sam Strano vid, not sure why the comparison. Since it's all just guessing based on what little we can make out, go to 1:30 of this drifting video... the S550 looks more composed in the drift if you ask me. But really...
I just zoomed in on the letter in the last pic. I swear I can make out a "2015 ROUSH Mustang Launch... Date: July 1st 2014 - November 1st, 2014"
Anyone else see that?
Topnotch, I'm confused why you posted these here. Aren't these last two just the Oxford White GT with 50th appearance package? No louvered window and the interior is all wrong.
I'd like to believe this but then why would Ford be promoting this if anyone can walk into a dealer and test drive one at that time? Doesn't make sense. Hopefully it means regular folks can test drive it shortly after though, maybe early Oct.
Interesting. The event looks like it's only a few weeks away.

I'm most interested in seeing that matte titanium paint. What if this is one of those new colors we heard about?
Well the Ford of the 90s is not the same it is today either. I have faith they wont be making that rare mistake again even if it were to gain weight. All the hub bub made about line lock doesn't sound like they are giving up on the drag strip (or quarter mile times) anytime soon.
2014 GT is about 200 pounds heavier than it was in 2005. Not all of that can be explained by the 5.0. The coyote only added about 50 pounds between 2010/2011. All of this on the same chassis/platform.
We should consider the weight advantage everyone always talks about compared to the Camaro...
I understand that. My point is that this was last updated AFTER the supposed last date for ordering 2014's. Even if subject to change, you would think they would have changed that 4/4/14 date when they last updated it ..... if the info is accurate.... unless I am missing something about 2014 orders
Ok so maybe stupid question but this link is the one posted in the OP of this thread.
http://www.donlen.com/buildstart-ford.aspx
It was last updated on 4/10/14 which pushed the order date back from 5/13 to 5/20 IIRC. It still shows 5/20 but 4/4/14 (supposedly the last date for 2014 orders)...
Here is how I look at the question..
If you had a 2015 Mustang would you be envious when you see the '14 GT500? If you had the '14 GT500 would you be envious when you see the 2015 Mustang? Something tells me (since you say you love the 15 body style a lot more than the 14) you would answer yes...
So it looks like 2, 4, 5 were the favorites. Which one you going with and can we expect to see any of these made? I'm already thinking of mods and this new front end would be the biggest and baddest of them all.
