I agree, that would be the best of both world's and what the "R" version should be. The Ford parts website had some hints of CF parts and different wheels which some were saying looked like the Carbon Rev ones. I'm wondering if there will be anything new shown or released at the LA show today...

It's interesting they say they have enhanced the proportional changes by taking down the hood and widening the FRONT track. That sounds to me like they made these changes to the regular S550 since the fronts are the same as the S197. So a more square setup. I thought the hood seemed more...

Some S197 owners who test drove it said it's not as "sharp" I think is the word they used..which I found a little hard to believe... any comments on handling/ride?

It always amazes me how people blow things out of proportion. A second faster and it would turn from a complete and utter failure to something respectable I guess? We sure do have some pro race car drivers here. It's still faster than the outgoing model and the fastest time that I can find for...
