The key part to brake bedding is not stopping fully after hard braking, ie not allowing the hot pad to stick against the hot rotor. But guess what? Isn't that the same as track driving?
So yeah, just drive normal on the street and get on it on track.
BTW I run OEM GT350 pads on track...
It may have etched into the vinyl permanently. You might try Stoner's Tarminator. It surprisingly works in many instances. I saw it at Harbor Freight the other day.
Mustang DH friend in my neighborhood came over after work to use his OBD+Forscan to enable Performance Shift indicator for me. Tested it out on the street and snapped these pics. Will change the shift point to 7000 before my next track day. It should be nice to notice the LED bar without looking...
Sentimentality is emotional, not logical. Sentimentality causes us to overvalue our possessions. I choose to be sentimental only over a few small, low-value things.
I vote for pictures and memories over the cost, time, and headache of restoration.
After 15 days the first socket I ordered from WM finally arrived. Turns out it measures the deepest yet at 11.8mm. About $7.

TBH at this point I would make sure I had camber plates and a good alignment ready for the track. I made several posts on the subject. Tire management is a big deal.
I ran OEM pads on Performance Package brakes, and now with GT350 brakes. Other pads bite harder and could stop shorter, but I like the modulation feel with these. I buy take-off pads, too. A GT350 instructor fully agreed with this approach, especially for the feel on the pedal. Besides IMO it...
Ok, after a few years, I finally started a build log, but it is primarily focused on the tips and techniques. My car is unique to me, but it is certainly not special as compared to other more glorious cars in the Build section. Anyway, here it is...

Background of acquiring my second Mustang. TLDR ā Traded my 2016 GT for 2019 because all the great new features were not available when I got my first Mustang in Fall 2015. Will update with a longer story later, but mainly the 2018+ cars had so many improvements over the 2017- cars. For example...
My third brake light says Poor Manās McLaren, because I have been a McLaren fan since the CanAm days of the ā60ās. Plus it is Orange Fury with blue stripes.
Otherwise, my car has no name and no gender.
I donāt enjoy detailing my car, but I like the result. There is no āgrainā to any of the...
Rather than showcase my car, I chose to focus my build log on tips and techniques for mods and service.

Which wheels are more valuable? If it's OEM and the dealer doesn't notice that the aftermarkets are on, then sell the OEM wheels separately. And vice versa.
I would be honored to have a Sticky although I doubt my contributions rise to that level.
I have been working on a master document with many of my post links for a long time.
@kz thanks for the kind words. I will use them as inspiration to get my build thread posted asap.
