One of the biggest things that makes the magnetuner able to tune the suspension and make it better is it goes beyond the wheel motion sensor. With a modern car like the 350 you can tap into the G-meter, TPS, Brake sensor, and fine tune the information that the system is seeing and reacting to...
I'm on bored with NA power, but haven't really done anything yet. As most say you spend $2000 and end up with 450-460 HP.
I know I need it every time im at an event or the roadcourse track all is good in Mustang world till the straights and the car just get eaten alive!!
I'd say I better...
Michael Levitas, Randy Pobst, many more. They have been working with the Delphi system for a couple years and its getting really, really good. Now with their new relationship with RideTech suspension the program has some really good traction and is becoming a reality to bring to market.
That's a good idea too. I think I just need more pressure with the upgraded brakes. When I come back in off track brake fluid is making it past the cap and getting messy. Car stops great now, but just wondering if a $100 brake booster could take it to the next level.
You would be surprised how much is still on the table. There is plenty of room for improvment! On the C7 Z06 it was night and day, and the Mustang is the same system.
Well I would imagine that you would need a bigger booster for aftermarket brakes, or the addition of 350 brakes. I have 6 piston front and rear now and I'm wondering if I'm it getting all the brake I could. Seems like I'm getting a lot of pedal movement, even with high end fluid and good bleeding.
One of the biggest changes in suspension tuning the past few years is "compliance". So not only will its nice manners be welcomed on the street but also will allow for better track attitude. and if your a owners or have driven a 350/350R on the track they need alittle suspension tuning, and some...
So far I've been happy with 500/700. I plan on trying 450/750 here soon. I'm still getting to much movement in the rear and would prefer to not raise the car more.
As far as sway bar rates I tested the fronts on a sway bar tester and here is what I go. *all bars were tested to 1.5" of...
