Ive got around 35 track days on my BMR bars with no issue. Most of the time I have the front to full stiff and the rear on Med. I run a 425 front spring and a 750 rear on a true coilover setup. Car does almost everything I ask it. :)

Did not test rear bar after learning the S550 IRS wants spring and not bar to be happy.
As much as I like your list, it scares me too..LOL I've beat the shit out of my car for 13,000 miles and nothing has failed other then a half shaft. (fingers crossed) Seeing your list make me think I need to start stocking some things..thanks!
