Has anyone determined how accurate the trip computer is yet?
I'm currently using Fuel Buddy on Android and notice my car (not a Mustang!) is out by 1.5 MPG so far (trip computer is optimistic).
My information source is from this post:

Seems an odd thing to do. My ST has both and I assume they're from actual sensors.
Does the UK spec car have the above?
I know for the US only the PP has pressure - we get the PP as standard, but is it the same?
I've also heard that the oil temp gauge isn't a real one, but is calculated from other sensors - is this the same for the UK car?
The CTEK doc says it will work on cars that have an active accessories socket that stays active. I know some cars shut off the accessories socket if ignition is off or the car is locked. Not sure if this is the case with the Mustang?
Does it have an oil pressure gauge?
I'd heard it is better to wait for oil pressure to drop as an indicator of oil viscosity, because the oil temperature is taken from a single point whereas the oil pressure is from the engine as a whole?
No need to apologise!
Probably the GT, unless I get chance to drive the EB before ordering. My dealer said I'd be able to change my order any time before the build date. I'm gonna stew it over for a few weeks then make a decision.
Me too, although I may have to pay slightly more as my current car will have depreciated before I would get delivery.
I'm just having a think about the plan in 3 years to make sure I'm making the right decision.
Ha ha, this was what I especially wanted to avoid in starting the thread.
Great to hear both opinions. The EB is what perked my interest initially and looks like a great car - it definitely is a proper Mustang.
