Look, no offense because I think you guys do good work, but the OP specifically said only cobb or bama for reasons he didn't want to expand on.
Your name was initially mentioned by somebody that nuthugs so hard that I actually wonder whether or not he lets go when you guys have to use the...
OP, if you went with the Cobb would you eventually have it protuned once the tuning software is released?
If yes, I recommend the AP based on many of the extra features. If no, and you just want to get a custom tune on there and be done with it, go with Bama and the SCT. Nothing wrong with the...
To the OP. Are you willing to run an OTS map while waiting for Cobb to release ATR so the custom tuners can start? Do you care about the extra features that come with the AP? If not, and you are happy with the numbers Bama is making via the SCT, buy that. You'll make power sooner by going...
I have the same on my EB w/PP (3.55s, manual).
I figured out what was more accurate by doing a couple drives past one of those roadside radar units that displays your current speed.
Yea. Something is obviously not right and the previously mentioned OAR is a good bet. The numbers clearly don't match up to the multiple independent dynos that have consistently shown gains across the curve with that map.
I eagerly await the drama/hilarity that will likely come of this video...
He may have been modded, but your tune is also not a custom calibration like UPRJoe was running. Yours was nowhere near as aggressive. To get similar results against a stock GT you'd probably need to have somebody custom tune your car, and possibly a few mods.
Stage one does not take into account those mods. It will work, and obviously make more power with them, but it is not representative of a proper OTS map for those modifications. That doesn't really matter though, because of what the OTS maps are.
Unleashed Tuning provides specifically...
I didn't realize people were actually passing up their preferred engine choice for premium. Here I am sitting here wondering whether or not I should have splurged on the clothe recaros just so I could ditch the motors in the seats.
I like it. Subtle, and awesome. Nice work.
I briefly thought about doing something with the SVO title but ended up stopping myself. I figured Ford could end up reviving the name at some point in the S550's cycle.
I do think it would be cool as hell to see the chrome Pony in the back replaced...
Well this is entertaining.
For now, I'll give Livernois the benefit of the doubt and just assume they started with the Airaid and made some internal changes. (and were too lazy to take a new picture lol)
I used Goodyear Ultra Grip Ice WRT on my Eco w/PP and like them. 225/45 on 18x8. Surprising amount of grip in the dry given the size of the tire I got. My only complain with them is that the sidewall is a bit squishy. If you're willing to drop the extra cash I'd go 235/50 though.
Drove them...
You guys use a different rating scale. Wikipedia sums it up nicely:
"In most countries, including Australia, New Zealand and all of those in Europe, the "headline" octane rating shown on the pump is the RON, but in Canada, the United States, Brazil, and some other countries, the headline...
CPE makes excellent quality parts. I've been hoping they'd jump onto the EB after having quite a few of their parts on my MS6. Had and loved their single exit exhaust on that car. Also had quite a few of their parts on the shopping list for my ST.
The Focus ST has similar problems as the...
I don't believe that would work because the key needs to be at the frame while closing, and just outside the window after it is closed. You'd have to be pretty quick for that. And it would be more of a hassle to do than just having your keys in your hand.
When I walk out to start the car...
