Capitalism implies a free market. If we had a free market Tesla wouldnt be fighting to do business from state to state. BOTH models would be allowed to do business, and the better one, whichever it may be, would win out.

Has there been any more news on the options packaging for 2016? I'm still hoping for a PP/auto or PP/convertible, but the longer I hang out, the less likely it seems that it's going to happen.

It's not bullshit, what it means is when they added your car to policy the VIN didn't pull up anything in the system, super common for current/new model year vehicles. When the vin pulls nothing up the car is rated manually, usually using the prior model year, then once a symbol actually arrives...
