Thanks for this. I’ll be placing my Mach 1 order when the books open. Optimistically delivery will be around March, so the temps will still be low here in NY. I’ll see if I can find a Black Friday tire deal. Any recommendations on winter/daily tires to swap out the Cup 2s with?
It appears 2020 PP2 orders are now down. Regurlar PP orders ended a few weeks ago. Info comes from here: https://blueovalforums.com/forums/index.php?/topic/65125-production-week-scheduling-information/&page=18
Here’s the link for the site. It’s 72 hour access. Over the weekend I’ll read the site documentation and do a post about it.

Reusing the 15-17 lights would make sense from the standpoint that they don’t have to be re-certified for lower volume cars such as the GT350/GT500/Mach 1. Looking at the design of the bumper, the measurement points for pedestrian safety probably match up with a 15-17/GT350/GT500/Mach 1 so they...
I’ll search my notes. I has stumbled on the site while working on my automotive product. It didn’t have what I was looking for (ford specific PID codes), but it was useful for wiring and mechanical info.
Once the full specs are released, you can pay for daily access to all the mechanical drawings for around $25. Using them would be your best bet to figuring out how different the grills are and how a CS grill could be modified to fit. Something to think about while waiting for 2021 production to...
Unfortunately, the lower outside corners look different on the Mach 1 grill from any of the others (GT, GT350 and GT500). But, I am sure there will be after market options not long after the car is available. One idea that popped into my head was taking a 2018+ California Special grill and graft...
If you're talking about the center gauges, then yes. All the photos of the interior that I have seen have had them. Not sure if it is standard or an option.
Wouldn’t they need to re-certify anyway, since it is a new engine/transmission combination? Or can they produce a limited amount without re-certifying? And would that limited about be the limiting factor on how many Mach 1’s could be produced.
If you can find a dealer with a GT350 on the lot, that would probably be the closest reference point. It has the same transmission setup as far as what information is available so far. I haven’t driven a manual GT350 or S550, so I couldn’t say. Maybe post this question in the GT350 forum to get...
The order books are open until October 2 for 2020 models. They probably don't want to release the 2021 order guide until the order books close, even though they are done scheduling of 2020 PP cars :(
There is something in the latest announcement about 2021 models about that. I think they are including Adaptive Cruise Control and BLISS as standard on all mustang models for 2021.
