Is it happening on the same stud every time? Maybe a manufacturing tolerance issue. To mark it, I'm sure a bright colored nail polish on the end of the stud would work.

On the plus side to March, I should be able to work enough overtime to pay MSRP on delivery. That’ll just leave a small loan to cover taxes and ADM, and improve the credit score a little.

A dealership emailed me this morning that they expect to be able to take orders on a Mach 1 next week. I think they may have it confused it with the Mach E, but it would be interesting if they got their allocations early. I don't expect the order books to be open for a few more months.

You were able to find a dealership taking a deposit? I had called dealerships last week and the best I got was them putting my name on a list and offering to call when they got the order guide. Guess I’ll call around again tomorrow.

I can tell you from a technical standpoint, a second display thru SYNC or Apple CarPlay is not possible now. It may be possible with the next major iOS release (which has multi-screen support) or SYNC 4, but I haven’t read thru any of the documents currently available.

That's my plan. It's early enough to contact multiple dealerships and see who will work with you or not. The Job #1 of MY21 is set as January 4th (for now), and a Mach 1 would probably be Job #2, so lots of time to negotiate.

This would work with a Laptop, but probably not on your Android phone. Forscan Lite (Android version) only supports Bluetooth.

I think someone over at Ford forgot to notify the dealerships before the previous press release. They’re probably finishing up the order guides, notifying dealerships, etc before the release goes out.
