I installed a raceseng shift knob and swapped all interior lights with diode dynamics. What a pain in the ass to swap those lights but worth it.
The knob is best mod I’ve done. It made a night and day difference in shifting experience. I had my doubts, but WOW! I initially swapped the OEM one...
One thing I have gripe about, albeit minor, is the steering wheel. I wish it was more track oriented with some thicker substance. I can't allow myself to spend 1k plus on a new wheel and retain the heated feature.
For those that track their PP2, I'm looking to get SVE SP2 but they come in 19x10 35mm offset vs. 19x10.5 24mm on OEM. I have 305/30/19 for front and wondering if there are any risks running it on 19x10 wheel for track. Nothing too hard on track, just some fun spirited driving.
Looking to find decent wheels that won’t break the bank for my pp2. I have the Sport Cup 2’s in 305/30/19 that are new so I need to center the wheels around that size. I thought SVE SP2 would be a good fit but 19x11 squared requires spacers and longer studs, and 19x10 for front might be a bad...
Anyone run 19x10 square set up? I have 305/30/19 all around and don’t want to go to 19x11 w spacers and longer studs for track. Would it cause any problems with narrower width?
Does anyone have a working coupon? I don't see how paying 1k for wheels alone is a good deal for knock-offs. You can get OEM FRPP in gloss black for $1300 with the right offset for PP2. I guess when these were on sale for $599, it would make sense to pick up a set but $1000? IDK
