My understanding is they changed the rings on the pistons to help with the oil consumption issues. That was not a 19 change, some time around late 17-18 MY.

I do have the tech package on the car, didnt realize the turn indicators were part of that package. Being in CA I really wanted the cooling seats but I do love the look and support of the recaros, I could do without if they would just put the ball cooling vent back into cars.

I had this issue. Even if the car is made for ca anything coming from out of state, used or new must be smogged. Had the manufacturer certificate stating made for ca. 3 trips to the dmv to get this car registered.

For some reason I can't search beyond 10 miles from my location but it does remove 2 dealers from my area if I apply the filter. Like I said, I don't know what standard ford uses to certify a dealer to be an svt dealer. Could be send one salesman to some seminar or only need one of their techs...

In the myford app choose find a dealer then you can hit services. Scroll down the list and there will be an option for svt.

If i search for a dealer around me in myford I can select svt in the filter. I dont know what standars ford holds an svt dealer to but its supposed to mean they are trained to sell/service svt cars

This is pertinent to my interests, im in socal and this is my first ford. No idea how their dealer experience is, shipped this car in from out of state.

for me it reduced the smaller instances of tramlining/wobble but the med to larger bumps/dips will still cause it. If i had to put a wag number on its effectiveness 20% reduction. Toss up if it was worth it, but i was ordering the jacking rails also so why not.

Good to hear, tempted to order a few more pieces while theyre on sale but ill wait to get my first order in. At least they're shipping and still in business.
