Please keep me posted with regards to your experience with "Steeda" Canada. My experience with them (Customer service/shipping times) has been horrible, which has forced me to deal with the REAL Steeda in the US.

I ended up grinding 5mm off the studs today. Test fitted front and back -- both with and without spacers and the PP wheels. All is good in the world again. For me it was a lengthy process though, definitely not a 30 min job on my end.

I did try test fitting them without cutting. Not even close. I can't comment on why they're fiting non-PP cars without issue. Perhaps the studs are longer with the PP?

Good point. If people aren't having any issues with the PP/25mm combo, then splitting the difference and removing 5mm, shouldn't be a big issue. I do run aftermarket winter wheels, so, I'd hate to have to change the studs every changeover.

Maybe I'm being too cautious, but, I decided to do a test fitting before installing these 20mm spacers. I know it doesn't help any, but, I don't think Ford is unique here at all. My wife's Mini JCW had a clutch failure in the first few months of ownership. BMW didn't even share the cost, blindly called it "wear and tear". $2000.

Used my GT PP as a daily driver on Michelin Alpin PA4's all last winter. You'll be pleasantly surprised with those tires on your car.
