Just to update everyone: The Bama team has been great so far, we've been e-mailing back and forth, while I've been sending them datalogs of runs I've been doing on secondary highways, etc. Paul has been involved every step of the way, even during his days off.

I am pretty sure this was a V2 tune. I was supplied the tune January 29th I believe. The tuner was ordered at the end of December and has all the latest updates. Still without any updated news on this issue.

I have this exact same headlight switch vibration issue, it's driving me insane.

I wouldn't doubt that. To be honest, this 9" wheel almost appears to be a little wide for the 255 PA4. There is pretty much no exposed sidewall protection. If you're into saving weight these 9s may fit a 275 without issue.
