  1. First time ever at strip. 2018 GT manual

This. Best mod I ever did to my car was MH drag radials. Running street tires at the track is a waste of time.
  2. First time ever at strip. 2018 GT manual

Well if you see my other thread I didn't know what I was shifting at lol. But I definitely wasn't redlining it.
  3. First time ever at strip. 2018 GT manual

Well .......with a 1.89 60 ft I went 12.20@115 with tune stock manifolds and a 2018 intake in a 17 gt. I think you should definitely be faster than 13s. I'd maybe analyze what rpm you are shifting at.
  4. How did I do....12.20@115 tune only with PMAS intake and 2018 manifold

Was going to run the car tonight for more practice but realized it was 9 million degrees outside and humidity thick enough to cut it with a knife when I woke up to walk the dog . It would be pretty pointless to run it tonight. I can't wait for fall. I'm so over summer temps and humidity.
  5. How did I do....12.20@115 tune only with PMAS intake and 2018 manifold

You have much lighter front wheels and a ton more suspension stuff than me and cut a 1.5 60 ft. Mine was a high 1.8 (1.89 I believe). Not only that I have no idea what I was shifting at, probably not the right rpm lol.
  6. What air pressures are you running in your M/T drag tires?

I ran 28 psi with 275/50/17 drag radials and cut a 1.8 60 ft with zero burnout and zero driving skills. Mines a manual trans tho
  7. How did I do....12.20@115 tune only with PMAS intake and 2018 manifold

The dyno that did my car was pretty shocked it put down almost 440HP at the tire without long tubes. Something about that 2018 intake with lockouts and lund tune just works.
  8. How did I do....12.20@115 tune only with PMAS intake and 2018 manifold

I think that's around the density altitude I had that night. It was like 80 degrees, high humidity, track prep was excellent. I haven't ran a car from a dig in years and somehow managed a 1.8 60 ft by dumb luck. edit: hey I noticed you have racestars as well. What size wheel/tire did you go...
  9. How did I do....12.20@115 tune only with PMAS intake and 2018 manifold

I'm headed back next Wednesday after I remove some more weight and play around with tire pressure. I'm convinced I can go mid 11's on a perfect run. These tires stick like freaking glue. I did ZERO burnout. In fact I just drove through the burnout box like a rookie. Adding racestar front...
  10. How did I do....12.20@115 tune only with PMAS intake and 2018 manifold

Not sure if I should be excited about this time or not. Running on MH racemasters, first time at the track in years. Cut a 1.8 60ft, was kinda hoping for mid 11's, but it was 80 degrees outside and high humidity, probably high DA. Is 12.20 decent for a MT 17 tune and intake only? Haven't done...
  11. Need some help..I suck at search button. 17 GT, Race star 17" wheels, what front wheel size do I do

What peoples thoughts on the 18x5 for street driving or is that too skinny?
  12. Need some help..I suck at search button. 17 GT, Race star 17" wheels, what front wheel size do I do

So I decided my car is never going to see any kind of high speed cornering because that's not really my thing, but I do like to occasionally take it to the race track. I also drive it to work 2-4 times a week but only on good weather days. I bought some Race Star 17x9.5's for the back and...
  13. Need some help, already read the how-to. 2018 intake on 2017. evap vacuum line route

Does anyone know where this mystery evap line is. I have literarily spent hours looking in the engine bay for this mystery hose. Is this 17GT specific weird shit? EDIT: the picture I posted is not my car. I don't know where that loom covered line is. That's a screen shot from a youtube 18...
  14. Need some help, already read the how-to. 2018 intake on 2017. evap vacuum line route

Ok....I don't think you get my question. I understand the far left one gets capped and the middle one gets connected to the evap and the far right goes to the brake booster.....where the hell does the other end of the evap connect to??!
  15. Need some help, already read the how-to. 2018 intake on 2017. evap vacuum line route

This is driving me nuts because its a super simple step preventing me from getting my car ready for the dyno tomorrow. I just need to know where this stupid fucking evap vacuum line goes.
  16. Need some help, already read the how-to. 2018 intake on 2017. evap vacuum line route

In nearly every video I've watched their is a plastic wire loom wrapped vacuum line thats connected to the other side of the EVAP sensor and goes down towards the driver side front.........My car has nothing like that anywhere. Its a 17 GT with less than 2500 miles so nobody has messed with it...
  17. Need some help, already read the how-to. 2018 intake on 2017. evap vacuum line route

I have valve cover breathers so I don't have a PCV system or a catch can ect.
  18. Need some help, already read the how-to. 2018 intake on 2017. evap vacuum line route

Ok, so I'll preface this that I've watched nearly every youtube 2018 intake install video and I've read nearly every article on the subject................the part every video and article seems to skip is where does the evap sensor vacuum line go??? I get that the piece that was normally...
  19. 2017 GT less than 2000 miles, tuned, bad idle??!

Lund tune, PMAS intake, catback exhaust, everything else stock. Idle just kinda dips every 10 seconds or so and something just flat out stalls after starting. No vacuum leaks, car has less than 2000 miles. Tune issue or something else?
