I totally get it and they don’t want to risk it even though it may be doable to a point but maybe not with a ton of cushion. I tune my own car so if I screw it up I’ll try not to bash myself on a public forum
Nice! Currently I’m at 4.75 pulley with P1X @ 9-10psi. Going to put a 4.5 and see what that gets me for now. Running 93/Boostane and it’s super happy at 19deg. Good luck tomorrow.
Yeah wasn’t caring about any of that. Was thinking some data logging on the track versus Mexico was a safer bet. Until I got the car sideways at 60mph on the second run. After I unclenched my ass cheeks at gotten straightened out still trapped 122mph.
I know that MPH can be a good indicator of horsepower but at what point do both ET and MPH level out?
Last night went to the strip and only goal was get some good WOT data logs for my tuning of my P1X install. I knew my ET was going to be horrendous being on my thrashed Pirelli’s. Knowing...
thanks for the info just ordered the 4.5”. Not a big deal if a little to much boost for my comfort. I can always tailor timing since I’m tuning it my self.
How much boost with that pulley? Anyone got a sense for what ballpark boost each incremental pulley change nets. I currently have the P1X on my 2016. Running the 4.75 pulley making about 9-10psi. Tune is Happily running 19deg of timing with 93 and about 10oz of Boostane per tank. What size...
Actually I believe how the tables work you’re car would slowly start to pull timing as soon as it went over 100. It interpolates between 100 and 151. So the correction at 125 would roughly be half of the -75
