The door striker is adjustable. I would adjust it and recheck the door alignment, the difference may not even be noticeable.

I agree, I would check the HVAC drain tube under the car. If it’s not kinked or incorrectly routed, use some compressed air to remove the blockage.

It would be best to replace the rotors after you find the source of brake binding. Overheating the rotors causes hard spots that can’t be machined out. You’ll need to disassemble everything and inspect thoroughly. I would make sure the caliper pins slide smoothly, the brake pads move smoothly...

Are the brakes staying applied in the rear? Are the brake pads able to slide smoothly since you greased them? If so, it’s possible that the rear caliper pistons are seized. With the rear wheels off the ground and the transmission in neutral both wheels should spin freely.
