You should look into making exhaust silencers. I am planning to do this exactly for that, cold starts for when I leave at 430am for work every day. I will find the link to the one I plan to try and replicate. It uses motorcycle exhaust baffles from Amazon.

Did cold start become obnoxiously loud? I feel like stock cold start is on the verge of being annoying for neighbors. But this option will probably be the quietest of all in regards to affecting cold start. Was there noticeable change to cruising, inside and outside the vehicle?

Any of you guys have experience with resonator delete? I've heard it didn't really affect the volume all that much.
