Define "pass emissions" If you are just talking about a sniffer test or a "green lights are on, go" ... maybe. Full blown legit emissions test, involving a CARB sticker... highly doubtful.

Did you have the "muffler" filter on? I removed my muffler filter on my proflow and it had a pretty good "wosh" when I lifted off the gas. But ya, with the muffler its SILENT lol.

80-100hp gain with E85 and no change in boost. (with proper tuner) Sadly I have seen some "toons" that just adjust the AFR and no other changes. (weak sauce)

Depending on how you TUNER set up the E85 tune, your "dash" can be WAY off. Since it does that Calculation, based on stuff inside the ECU file. I could make the dash board say I am getting 40mpg, when in reality its getting 14. The best way to check yours... is to do the old... Filler...

I run a ProCharger HO kit, with helical gears, and the proflow bypass (with sound filter on the end). Frankly its FUNNY, cause its a totally sleeper... nobody knows its supercharged. (Until they see the tail lights)
