I'm sorry, does this mean that I can take my 2016 gt350 tech to, "someone" and get it updated? Dealerships? I would love to have a little more functionality to a few apps.
As a note I love sync, voice commands are nearly 100% spot on. Texts work everytime. It connects to my phone...
I think the i8 is a great looking car. The tech is impressive, but the ultimate performance is underwhelming. That said, I would happily drive the hell out of one. I would not however trade my shelby and 70k for an i8. But, congrats on your purchase of an amazing car.
Of course you're correct. I did some editing and chopped out too much information. That's per tire. Still saves you about $50/tire over what I've seen elsewhere.
I drive my gt350 during the week. On the weekends, I find myself with my wife and son. So, I'm usually driving the wife's Lexus on the weekends as my son no longer fits in the back of Lucy.
I will have the work done by Costco Tech's. I have purchased less high performance tires there for other more mundane cars and their work was top solid.
Well, it seems like these are voodoo issues as well. Several stock motors being replaced under warranty. Not exactly an epidemic, but not rare consider the small number of these cars produced so far.
I understand the concern.
Congrats on the new motor. Ford seems to be sparing no expense to make things right for several people on the boards. They also seem to be sensitive to the fact that people don't want to wait months to get their babies back. Now if only they would make the loaner cars Mustang GT's...
Hey Guys, I have around 11k miles on lucy and I know that tires will be an issue soon. So looking around, Costco seems to have pretty competative prices around $350 per tire. If someone knows of a better price, please clue in your Shelby Brothers......
Price/tire set of 4 $342.49...
Good Luck to everyone on the South East Coast. AS a former Floridian, I get it. Nothing you can do but wait it out and hope for the best. Again GOOD LUCK!
Has anyone WITHOUT a blown motor procured an "R" for msrp?
For those of you with an "R" what ADM did you have to pay?
Anyone aware of deals???
I ask not for me as I am happy as a clam with my RR Tech. It drives way better than I do and fits my lifestyle. But, others have done a fair...
I can't imagine that you can't get a new one for 20k over or less. I personally would put in more time and less money. But, it's a great car. Do what makes you happy.
Congrats to you and to Ford for doing the right thing. That is an amazingly good looking car.
If you have a little time, could you please post of picture of the EAGLE as well. They are amazing birds.
That is just Amazing. Front end is completely sexy but in keeping with classic mustang cues as well as the new Euro-style. That said, if they do something like that I hope it's 4 or 5 years in our future as I am not ready to part with Lucy!
I grew up pre safety belts. My father's head smashed into a windshield in 1968 because of no belt. He didn't make it. Modern belts are plenty comfortable and they keep you alive. Do what you like, but I can't come up with a logical reason to be stubborn over this.
