Right now I have the BMR Cradle Lockout Kit CB005, Steeda Poly Diff Bushings, and I'm about to pick up some drag radials. I only have a tune and a PMAS as far as adding power. With my stock 255s I don't have wheel hop but I just don't hook particularly well either. I've gotten a 1.93 60ft with...
I'm about to purchase some drag radials strictly for the track. I'm looking at the Mickey Thompson ET Street R and the Nitto NT05R. My GT is an Auto with 3.15s and only has a few basic bolt ons. I have a tune and CAI for added power and a BMR Cradle Lockout and Steeda diff bushings to help with...
Hyland33, how do those M&H's hook? You had them at the track yet? Also, you auto or manual? Curious what kind of mods and 60 ft times you are getting. Good looking CS BTW!
Regardless of what you intend to do with you new Stang, you absolutely can't go wrong with a BMR Cradle Lockout Kit. Differential bushings are a great addition too. Congrats and enjoy your new ride!
When you make a quality product that performs well and you provide top-notch customer service like BMR does, it is no wonder your products fly off the shelves.
BMR Cradle Lockout Kit and differential bushings. Make a HUGE difference in wheel hop and overall feeling of rear cradle. Takes a lot of the slop out of the back of the car.
Jpqintx, I'm in the same situation. I just added a PMAS and a custom HP Tuner 93 Octane tune on my 2015 auto w/3.15. I'm running at Bristol this weekend at 1/4 track. First trip to 1/4 track with this car. Ran twice last fall at local 1/8 track with BMR Cradle Lockout Kit and Poly Diff Bushings...
I also have the Pypes Street Pro axle back mufflers on an otherwise stock exhaust on my 2015 GT. Mine is an auto with 3.15 gears. No drone in mine, just a deep muscle car sound and no rasp. I've had several Fox body Mustangs and wanted something that somewhat sounded like the deep, rich muscle...
I have both of those exact mods. I started with the Cradle Lockout Kit and aluminum differential inserts. The aluminum inserts created some NVH. Mostly gear whine at certain RPM levels but it wasn't terrible and you do get used to it. I did swap to the Steeda Red bushings in place of the...
I've only had one tuner so I can't compare to other tuners, but I'm very happy with my tune from Rob Shoemaker (HP Tuner nGauge). Added PMAS and tune and car runs great! Rob made a couple changes at my request but data logs from his initial tune was spot on. Great guy to work with. Sent my...
Anyone going besides me? Went to a few of the street fight events last year and they were fun. Lots of cars, trucks, and bikes running. I'm looking forward to seeing what I run with my mods. Hope to meet a few M6G folks up there. I will be in my 2015 Magnetic Metallic GT with black emblems. Stop...
I have the Pypes Street Pro axle back kit. Very pleased in every aspect. Looks to be well-built and sounds great. Mine is not the Pype Bomb. It actually has mufflers. Has a nice deep tone and no drone. Has a nice deep muscle car sound with no rasp. Not crazy loud. Has a subtle deep rumble at...
I have the Pypes Street Pro Axle back and love them. They have a nice deep sound, no drone, and sound great! Exactly what I was looking for, louder than stock but not too loud.
