This is a base GT so no physical gauge. It it does show normal in the dash. No DTC's that the sct programmer can read anyway.
I could almost bet by the way the car revs erratically and sputters when you press the gas it's something to do with the tps or throttle body itself but just not sure...
Yea I certainly didn't post here to get bashed so thanks for that.
As far as physical damage here is none that I can see. Just got out from under it.
As far as the tune it's nothing to do with that either. I returned the car to stock and have the same issue.
These engines will handle 8k revs and I didn't intentionally hit it, car spun and hit it.
I ordered a throttle body adapter to install my stock throttle body so I'll know if it's the gt350 tb of that fixes the issue.
Folks I've said a few posts up I'm not worried about the warranty or I would've never done the first mod.
I'm just asking if you know what it might be to save me some time and money.
It hit 8k which the limiter is set to. I let out of it immediately but it already cut the power to the pedal...
So, im sitting on the side of the road, waiting on a tow truck.
Went to do a data log for the final flex fuel tune and car hit the rev limiter in first gear (spinning), then started sputtering and bucking and I pulled over and the wrench light came on.... Car wouldn't pull after that in any...
That's not the same issue I have.
Listen to my video I posted the link to above. It happens right after you cut the engine off. The sound comes from the filter but may be coming from the throttle body itself? IDK
Thanks for looking though.
