how do you mean? if you mean updating via the usb stick method, yeah i've done it, if you follow the instructions it works just takes ages and doesn't really tell you it's doing it so a lot of people give up.
with regards to this hacked image in the link, I'm not sure. What's actually in...
Ok so taking out the sub and carpet is a bit of a ballache but lucky for u my carpets out at the minute so not a problem
There is a harness connected to it which then would normally connect to the sub.
FR3T 14A411 G281T is the part number on the label, but google says thats a window regulator...

went to the Shelby musem in vegas a cpl months back and the tour guide said that the GT350 is names that cos it was 350 feet between the building they were in at the time and the next. Shelby didn't like any of the names being suggested so he went with that. apparently.
i lost track of what...
waiting for you to fit 'em and tell me a) if they're worth it, and b) if you still have eardrums afterwards.
also can't put the power i have on the ground so would literally just be a vanity thing to get a higher power figure.
will do next year :giggle::giggle:
people don't supercharge cos they need more power on the road. they do it cos it makes driving way more fun :) nothing like the ability to turn your daughters stomach upside down with one hit of the accelerator :)
nice write-up, but on the sound deadening, why didn't you go with the tried and tested butyl mat based approach? i mean, that foam will be good for stopping rattles, but not a lot else. unless you've applied the butyl under the foam but not mentioned it?
I liked it at the time and the curve looks tonnes worse in photos than IRL, with the curve i think it'd look nicer.
Are we here to make our cars look OEM? Must have missed that memo.
But you're right i sleep way better at night knowing that my neighbourhood all know for sure I'm driving a...
i was just so keen to get it on never even noticed it was curved, at least not so significantly. i was so pre-occupied with making it central and spaced properly.
look forward to seeing yours
there you go. the curve would look much better. i did it myself and never considered the optical illusion of it looking weird. i actually plan on taking it off and doing something different with it, not entirely sure what yet, but it's on my list.
just go outside and fit it yourself, it takes 20 minutes.
i've had the black letter version for a while now but not keen on how i lined up the letters. i did them straight but on the car they look a off. the curve on yours will work better i think.
yes it makes a huge difference. but you don't want to be using foam, you want the butyl based stuff that you apply with a roller. I don't have any scientific data, but i've used both expensive stuff in the past and cheaper stuff more recently and not noticed any difference. i can't comment...
