The measurements might match but there is no way this is the compressor map for the stock turbo. From the factory stock form is operating out of the range for flow let alone modding it.
Hopefully There will be a better aftermarket solution for buckets. Those are pretty expensive. Maybe Mazda 3 ones will be cross compatible Those only ran $3.xx per bucket depending on shim size.
This is EFR 7163 B1 Frame turbo
This is EFR 8374 B2 frame turbo
This is map's 5858 turbo
Keep in mind when looking at these dyno sheets neither of the EFR turbos are close to being maxed out. As far as the precision unit without a compressor map which they don't provide who knows.
The graph above is a EFR 8374 this is a large turbo especially for a DD Imo This would be more ideal for your drag racing/road racing types who always keep the car in the upper powerpand. The 7163 on the other hand will be more ideal with DD/autox type who need a wide powerband and down low torque.
First!!!
Finally an offering for a EFR turbo. And reasonably priced.
Does the turbo discharge pipe fit same location as plastic factory piece?
Also pictures of the exhaust manifold and downpipe would be nice.
Also would like to see a dyno graph for the 7670. The 8374 seems to be a little...
So much Debby downers here.
I bought the ecoboost over the GT because I couldn't justify $9,000 difference in price for a V8. Can build an engine for that amount of money and slap a bigger turbo on this car.
The ecoboost does need a tune to come alive though. Even doing a OTS tune really...
Here I am getting excisted to see you posting up and then I open this and no pictures?
Awesome update though does full race plan to offer cams and cylinder heads for this application The head seems to be very restrictive from the factory. I'm curious to see what the stock head flows.
You can't go wrong with the new Pennzoil products. Frankly for most people it is preference what they use when it comes to synthetics. Most people won't push their cars hard enough on a regular basis with higher power levels to justify a specialty oil. Added piece of mind is another story.
In for T6 perhaps the best OTS oil out there IMO. IF you are on a budget T6 has great ZDDP levels.
Otherwise
AMSoil
MOtul
MObile 1 (racing Series not the OTS crap.)
Valvoline (racing Series, no detergents less time between changes)
I've used all of these in the past on turbo 4 cylinders...
