What is this "MPG" you speak of? Lmao. JK, even in track mode which is what drive in most of the time when I do drive the car, I still average 17 or so.
I didn’t measure before and after, however it’s definitely a noticeable drop. If you have a PP2 and want to measure from the bottom of the fender to the ground I can give you my measurements to compare.
Mass production vehicle....this is to be expected. However the dealership can do an adjustment under warranty up to a certain mileage. I'm also not seeing much of an issue lol...but maybe I'm not as picky.
You need to take this to a dealer and have it scanned with a Ford scan tool. Not only will it tell you what's wrong but after having those harnesses disconnected you will have stored codes in the computer. Even if you weren't having an issue I would encourage you to do this for safety reasons...
So the simple answer is no, you cannot set it to stay in track mode all of the time. But can I ask what your reasoning is? If you want it in track mode for a cold start simply turn on accessory mode, set the exhaust to track (you'll hear the valve move) and then push the start button to start...
Best of luck to you but you sound like the picky nightmare customer that everyone at the dealership will remember. Out of all of the pictures you posted I can see one blemish, maybe...and that's the semi-dullish spot in the one photo. If you didn't specifically tell me what was wrong I...
Bottom line is no matter what jack stands you use you should still have a safety net. Put a jack under the car as well or some homemade wood supports like someone posted earlier in case they were to fail. It could happen to anyone.
Everyone's situation is different, however I opted to custom order mine the way I wanted. But I knew exactly what I needed to have. 301A with the larger screen was a must, Recaro's were a must, Magneride was a must, and so was active exhaust. Ended up ordering a PP2 and although it took a...
I’ve contemplated it before, although it looks super clean right now. I’d have to do a photoshop to see how it would look. Also have seen white stripes on an iconic silver GT500 and loved that look.
Not too bad. I had all of the tools ready, had the Ford bumper cover removal procedures printed off, and the CJ Pony install video ready, so that helped. Took me about 30-40 min to get the bumper off and the rest was easy but it took me a while since I hadn’t done it before and I wanted to make...
I’m curious what the differences are in mufflers between an active exhaust car and a non active exhaust car. I’m assuming that the normal mode in an active car is similar to how a non-active car would sound in stock form.
Are the mufflers in an active exhaust car more straight through? Have...
