The only kit available is by MAK and requires cutting and welding for installation.

A solid longtube header setup from ARH, Kooks or Stainless Works/Power is another awesome alternative to get rid of the cats. You'll also yield more HP/TQ with the LT's then the offroad pipe.

Give us a call if you have any other questions and we'll be glad to assist you.

Thanks, Jared

The welding of the flange on the oem header is not as simple as fitting it up and tacking it then welding. My stock pipe was warped like an oval and it took some time heating it up and rounding it out before the flange fit over it well enough to throw a decent weld, but I did this on Jack stands. It would have went way quicker if I had a lift. Great alternative mod if money's tight and the longtubes are out of reach money wise. After the install is complete, putting the cats back on the car is a simple bolt up assuming you purchase the extra flange and line ever thing up before installing the cat deletes

We make an affordable Cat Delete Option, it involves cutting and welding on the driver-side of the car due to factory header and catalytic being one piece. Other than that the rest of the installation is bolt-on and we make it so that you can return to stock as a bolt-on.
