Looks to be the same to me. Here is a pic of the Anniversary editions which were stock seats with special colors/stitching.

That's because those controls get moved to the steering wheel.

The non tech pack just gets buttons in the same spot like the base mustangs. However there is one more toggle switch. Not sure which function it has.

I believe both packages have the same steering wheel buttons.

Pictures are posted in various threads but I'm too lazy to go dig them up.

Zooming in, it looks to me like the fourth toggle is for the exhaust. Hopefully it'll be possible to just buy the toggles from ford parts.
