I had a Fox body Mustang years ago, and after being away from Mustangs for a long time, I decided to get back into one with my 2017 Mustang GT Performance Pack, 6-speed manual. It’s a really clean car with only about 40,000 miles on it.

So far I’ve added a Roush axle-back and upgraded the interior and SYNC 3. I’m also having the paint fixed up now, including repairing and repainting the hood and taking care of some other chips and imperfections.

It’s really just my garage toy, so I’m trying to keep it clean and fairly close to stock while making it my own.

It feels great to be back in a Mustang again. I’d love to hear what you guys think and any suggestions for what I should do next.

Great looking ride. 9 years old and only 40k miles means it was driven for pleasure and probably well cared for. Nice find!

You certainly know how to restart a dream. Absolutely gorgeous car. Love the blacked out emblems. Perfect finishing touch. Don’t know why ford doesn’t offer that from the factory.

Roush AB is a great start. Camber plates, some really great tires, a good sporty alignment, a front swaybar, and some good shocks is what I’d do.

… maybe a rear seat delete too.

They do, called the Nite Pony package. Black roof, black badges, black wheels.

They did offer the black emblems on the Black Appearance Package.

Black accent package. $1,195 on my 22.

Badges, roof, mirror caps, wheels, spoiler, grille. Sort of a rip for a car that's already black, but I bought my car for the manual when you could hardly find them anywhere.
