Any HP Tuners guys on here that can help me with a tuning device issue?

Needing some help with a hp tuners RTD device. Keep getting errors prior to downloading a tune ...

Can't seem to get an answer from anyone on their website and have no number for customer service. Hoping someone familiar with their stuff can help me out.

They do have a bulletin board and you could probably get some answers there. They don't do phone calls.

As mentioned above, try to do an update via your laptop and make sure the device is up to date. Then do a re-sync to the TDN app (or laptop if using it). Also, I always have my car on a battery tender when I am flashing it. Any slight voltage drop can cause issues when trying to flash.

Last time I plugged mine in last week there was an update. I think it forced in on me anyways. Good to check for them.

I can re-sync it but seems like I have to do that more often than normal. I have listed the error messages below..

Controller Unlocker: Convert Seed To Key Failed
Controller Unlocker: x7F Service Not Supported In Active Session

I get one or both of these every time I get ready to download a new tune. After I try a couple more times it will finally load it but is definitely strange and worried something isn't running right. Internet signal is strong and device is re-sync. Still can't figure out what is wrong.
