Hey yall, I currently have catless long tube headers and a GEN 3 intake manifold installed on the car and GEN 3 fuel injectors on the side waiting to be installed. I want to switch to E85 and I just want to know if I need to buy bigger injectors or if the GEN three injectors will be enough. Obviously, I’m going to need a tune. I just wanna make sure I have all the right hardware.

The Gen 3 injectors will be at best equal to your stock ones. The Direct injection is what allows Gen 3s to run E85 with no changes. I would plan to get larger injectors, GT500 style should work and be cost effective.

wengerd had me buy gt500 55lb/hr injectors to go E. ymmv but I only have 18+ locked out manifold and 18+ full intake setup. pcmtec tuned with the RPG e85 sensor kit and innovate gauge.

Your gonna need at least lv47’s if you plan to add more power later just buy injections that can handle your end goal. If you don’t plan on going any further than 47’s or 55’s will work.
