Was doing some routinely maintenance on my 2016 FBO GT when I noticed some oil on the valve cover of the passenger side . I attached some photos for better understanding . Should I be worried or do I need to replace the cover? Thank you in advance !

Have you had the covers off before? My 17 wetted around those sensor ports. Even worse after I had them off and on a couple of times.

No you don't need to replace the cover. You can buy a gasket set that includes the packings for the sensor ports and the spark plug holes.

Those seals appear to be known points for oil weeping out of eventually. If it's just weeping a bit I wouldn't worry too much. Do make sure all of your valve cover bolts are snug, though. Ford only supplied 9 bolts to attach the cover to the engine with in lieu of the 14 available points. And those bolts can back themselves out and become finger loose if not checked. Ask me how I know lol 🤣

yeah defo check the bolts as i dont think Ford tightened many cars up correctly. Most of us owners (ex now) had oil leaks caused by loose bolts on the covers

is the (seemingly aftermarket) PVC line above it wet?
