Sooooo…. My favorite part of the weekend was the parade into downtown Carlisle. It rained just long enough to be annoying the hour leading up to staging but I chanced it anyway and am super glad.

Staging in the residential area was cool. 45 mins hanging out with other paraders. Then the parade itself was so fun…. People lining the streets and on their porches, yelling rev it, kids with earmuffs, etc.

Then downtown is shut down and turned into yet another car show. Open containers, businesses open, so many new folks checking out the cars.

100% doing this again next year!

Picked up 1st in class B546 (2022-2022 Mach 1). Had a great time meeting a lot of new people and sharing stories. For once, Sunday was actually kind of busy with quite a few cars returning. We might have another record turnout this year, the Bronco people really brought it.

Congrats Mike! Which category? There’s 25 pages of show categories, my attention span isn’t that long LOL
2021 Mach 1 category... only 14 cars. So dumb that 2022-23 is another category, I assume because of the 10 hp carbon trap.

I'm sure they base it all on the early entries. We (21-23 Mach 1s) have been getting a little smaller each year it seems. Of course, it gives us twice as many trophy opportunities and I think the group size for each part was not that far off from many of the other Mustang groups on the show field. Doing the judging this year was a hike even though we didn't seem to have as many classes to cover as last year. Using the app to find some of the classes was a lifesaver.

I am not convinced the carbon trap is it. 23 was a very short year for the mustang. It is really dumb , but that 10 horsepower doesn't seem enough. When you start looking for a certain car on the app many categories have very low numbers. Some times 2 cars , and I didn't look hard.
It's nice to hear who won. At least some of them.
Some super nice cars on display.
Congrats to everyone.
