Found a 12mm 12pt flange nut on the ground next to my 2017 GT350. Not sure if it is even from my car, wife's car, picked up by the treads off the street.

Any ideas? I looked around the front suspension and engine compartment and there are a couple flange nuts here and there they look different and I didn't see anything that looked missing.

OK, maybe answered my own question. After zooming way in on my desktop it appears to have 3/8 - 24 and ARP on the other which makes me believe it is not a Ford part, or is there somewhere weird they are still using SAE?

Definitely not an OEM nut. ARP makes some amazing fasteners and who knows what application this 12-point specialty nut was used on?

Looks like an exhaust retaining nut, not from your car unless system has been changed.

I'm the second owner, original owner was my daughter's dentist. Only mods are really minor cosmetics and Steeda jacking rails, if that even counts as a mod. I'll stop worrying about it.

THANKS!
