Cold air intake and 2018 manifold question

So i have a 2015 GT and i bought the 2018 manifold as well as an airaid CAI. installed the manifold no problem but the CAI is a tight fit because the 2018 manifold is quite long compared to stock. I wasn’t able to fit the bolt anymore to secure the intake box to the car because of how much i had to push the intake box and now it doesn’t align with the port in the grill, would this cause negative fuel trims? even at idle i’m getting around -18. (ALSO car has no tune at the moment)

The fueling issue is because you are untuned for the new mods you installed.
