Im trying to install a differential from a gt350 with 373 gears into my 16' v6 and im having trouble trying to find exactly what I need to adapt to my car for install
The main 2 concerns will be:
1. Pinion flange ( to driveshaft) size.
Gt350’s all have the 110mm flange
Your flange size depends on your transmission. If you have an automatic transmission. You should have the 110mm.
If you have a manual transmission you may have a 113mm flange. Will not work with your driveshaft. Changing flanges is a PITA.
2. The Gt350 diff ( if it had a cooler) will have 2 extra threaded holes on the back cover. (Which can be plugged with 1/2” pipe plugs)

Hope this helps,
PM me with any more questions

Thank you. I've been trying to find some information. My mustang is a manuel. Do you happen to know what flange part # I would need to adapt to my v6 driveshaft. Also, I plant on upgrading the driveshaft soon so not sure if that makes a difference. Much appreciated for the help.
