im installing the s650 headlights and they look amazing and they work out of the box with no issues (considering theyre from china thats amazing). however i have been running into some fitment problems. i can get the passenger headlight lined up pretty good. have minimal gaps that are exceptable considering ford has panel gap issues. the problem is the driver side. no matter what i do i can get this one flush with the fender. and when i can get it pretty close to flush. the alignment plastic tabs on the lower part of the headlight are pushing on my bumper so hard and makes it buldge. ive tried for almost 9 hours and taking the bumper off twice and adjusting the headlights while the bumper is on the car and no luck at all :( any advice at all guys? ive trie to load pictures but apparently the file size is too big.

How’s the fender and hood fitment on the driver side? Sounds like the headlight is “sagging” and you should have room up top? If so, you’re probably going to have to clearance the mounts to make it work.

Not sure I would do that…

To each their own but I think the headlights are one of the worst parts of the 650.

China lights. You got a good right side and a bad left. This if your original headlights fit well.

Yea I left that part out.

Haven’t seen an aftermarket headlight I do like though, so I guess it is what it is.

sorry if the image quality isnt the greatest i had to turn down the file size so they would send. i did notice a sizable gap up top from the headlight to the "support brace" compared to the other side. (idk if thats the correct name) the one with the bigger gap is the "bad side" thats giving me problems

Although mostly fixed, this is probably just the difference between an OEM and aftermarket part.

It looks pretty good in pictures but I’m sure you are noticing more fitment discrepancies in person.

Again, looks good!

I've never had good luck with aftermarket headlights/tail lights. They're always junk. I hope OP's experience differs from mine. Burnt out bulbs, adjusters that don't work, thermal expansion cracks, water ingress, etc.
