Does the oil change reminder have to be manually reset? Reason I ask is I bought my car w/ 16.8K and the dealer said he had it changed before he sold it to me. I've logged 2K miles since Jan. '19 and my oil reminder said I have 9% remaining. The oil still looks good on the dipstick. I only trust the old-school oil reminder-- write it on a piece of tape in the door jamb.
