With 285s I have just squeezed them in the car for longer trips or track days where I wanted a full set with me. With the 305s I think they can be packed inside the cabin but IDK the best arrangement.

For 305's you can put 3 in the back seat and 1 in the trunk. 1 goes behind my seat at an angle and the other 2 go behind the passenger seat sideways stacked up against each other. I just wrap each one in a thick 55 gallon garbage sack to keep the interior clean. With the 305s I think they can be packed inside the cabin but IDK the best arrangement.
For the one behind your seat, can you get it where it doesn't crunch you upright against the steering wheel? For 305's you can put 3 in the back seat and 1 in the trunk. 1 goes behind my seat at an angle and the other 2 go behind the passenger seat sideways stacked up against each other. Yes. You just set it back there at an angle. That's why you only want one behind the driver. For the one behind your seat, can you get it where it doesn't crunch you upright against the steering wheel?
I don't know if I would trust people at a drag strip. They are a different crowd. The people at road courses have always seemed more friendly. Plus, everyone leaves their stuff out while they are on the track. Wheels, jacks, tools, chairs, and etc.Wondering what you guys do with your street wheels/tires once you dismount them at the track. Iāve been curious about theft. The nearest drag strip is about 100 miles from me and only open on Friday nights. No clue on the crowd as Iāve not been there, I know I have to do a recon mission to check it out, probably head there and see what my street tires do on my first trip anyway. Just wondering if you travel to the track alone and swap wheels, if just leaning then against a fence and running a cable lock through them is something people do.
That's the main reason I don't have a roll bar in my car yet. I either need to get a trailer for my wheels or a trailer and truck for my car.My rollbar precludes me from carrying any wheels in the car other than the trunk and passenger seat and cant get 2 305's in each place, lol.
Well, yeah, naturally.i put them in my hotel room. (Powered by Ford)

It would be a dream to own a āhotel roomā like that, but Iād probably have to sell the house to afford it. What does a vehicle like that cost? 10x as much as a Mustang?
