Yes, I have. Vertical cutoff is sharp, but the light is bluer than the stock HIDs. Visibility has been good in both normal night driving as well as rain so far.

I've been running the Vland white taillights with the amber turn signals for the past two years. Running the single wire up to the 3rd brake light took a little time but was otherwise not a big deal. I really like the amber sequential turn signals.

Mine is doing that around the rear glass too. My answer would be no, you're out of warranty for that by age, this isn't something that wears out with mileage...
