I just got it back from Lund. They provided a new formula than the instructions, I'll be using that. Stay tuned.

Interesting. Would you be willing to share the formula? I was going to mess with mine tomorrow morning and see if it worked. I went and bought a vacuum tee so I can mount the nGauge and mechanical gauge side by side. My plan is to video a 4th gear pull so I could send to Lund for help. Im very hopeful the new formula does the trick!

(From Lund) Use the following formula when you receive it back.

psi = (16.115 * volts) - 16.76

nGauge forumla

User Units: PSI
Scale: 16.115
Offset: -16.76
User Decimals: 3

Existing formula on instructions based on my voltage:

psi = (16.115 * volts) - 16.92

nGauge forumla

User Units: PSI
Scale: 16.115
Offset: -16.92
User Decimals: 3

Reinstalled the Boost Box and took a log, but ran into something else before looking into the log.. I now have a pinhole leak in the weld of the procharger thermostat housing. I sent them an intake technical support form so hopefully they reach out and send me a replacement that I will silicone or jb weld or something just in case.

Spoke with procharger this morning and they made an exception to send me a new one before I send them this one, thankful for that. We'll see how it goes.

Who has a pulley size recommendation? I think to net 12-14 psi, I need to drop to 3.70. Any thoughts before I pull the trigger?

Not yet, this weekend I got the coolant leak addressed but the road to my house is closed and dug up for construction. :( Can't win.
