It is hard for me to compare the PP2 to the 350 when i see all the low mileage ones going for pretty close to the price of 18 when spec’d out...if its only a couple grand difference, i’ll take the more special car

Looks like someone interested in an OF GT350 is going to get a great deal.

That was the whole point of the post before people started to act insulted for some reason at the idea of a discounted GT350.

Perhaps you should have submitted your original post in the "ALL LEADS" sticky thread?

Not a car snob, but if you come on a performance car forum, with all those lame @$$ cars listed as cars you owned, and tell the forum members that the hype is over on a car they just paid HUGE money for....well, you have zero credibility. So, why post here? You sound like a jealous 'bag. Please, go buy a Camaro.....
Car history and credibility are not related. Your post is 100% pure car snob.

"Sorry he drives an Escort he can not POSSIBILITY follow the market for another other car nor can he ever do any research on a different vehicle than the ones he owns."

See the logic there? No? because there IS NONE.

I honestly hadn't seen that thread or I would have, but you are correct this should have gone there.

Then buy it. It's not true until the deal is done. Managers have walked up and cancelled deals while people sat there in the store.

$4700 off - if you were "actually" considering a 350 instead of a PP2, this is a no-brainer. IF the "hype" is over, this should motivate you to find another one at the color that you want. IF you're full of it, you'll just go buy the PP2 that you likely wanted to begin with. Enjoy.

If I wanted it I would have. I personally hate the new orange. I'm not going to buy a car just to prove some stupid point to you. If someone wants it they can go work out a deal.

Despite the OP's lack of due diligence, the amount of butt-hurt in this thread from some of you owners is unbelievable. Some of you sound like whiny children with your reactions.

Grow up.

Had my buddy in PA go and check the car out. He is in the market for a sports car and I strongly suggested the GT350. SO! If you are military or retired and use the USAA buying program along with the dealers discount, he was quoted 42k and change... Incredible price! He mentioned that this is a high volume dealer and move cars and have always sold there 350 (not R's) at or below MSRP. The car is currently on the showroom floor. Ben (friend) mentioned that the this dealer has even sold 350's to other dealers at MSRP and the other dealers flipped it for profit SMH. Long story short, Ben does not like the color and passing on the deal. If you are military or retired and bank with USAA, this is the deal to get..... Ask for Mike Werner.

P.S.

Please change the pompous title to this thread.

Thanks,

Still serving veteran

Hmm nice oddly still the same price as my 2016. Not a fan of that orange though.

Personally couldn't care less if they're discounting a GT350 -- but if you look at their site, they have every mustang with $4-7k off. If the salesperson would do that price plus tax and title then that's great. I doubt it's that black and white, though.
