Varex X-Force Install Begins Monday

With headers it's aggressive but not loud. I don't have them yet, I did drive my buddies before with headers and it sounded really good. I'm not into the loud exhausts anymore. This is like a European touring car sound now.

Wish they made this with just the axleback, bet it would sound good with an h-pipe.

You can grab their universal mufflers off their site and cut/weld them in place of your stock mufflers or whatever system you have now.

Are the wires just tucked in under the car through the trunk and then through the rear seats to the console?

Yes. Very cleanly done, he removed the rear seat and did a very very nice job.

Are you happy with the sound at WOT open and closed? Also, did the installer weld flanges to bolt up to the new exhaust or did they cut the flanges off the catback?

I thought I would have time last week to grab some noise clips but work got in the way. I'm happy with the kit overall, it's quieter than I expected inside so that's a positive for me. There is no welding everything bolted on directly to the stock header pipe. The sound at WOT is nice and throaty but not to be confused with the other kits with X pipes

Glad you're liking it. I'm seriously thinking about getting one of these. I need the 3" to reduce the back pressure due to the Whipple and I like the idea of having quiet exhaust when I want it.
