What are my Non-Mod (other than the exhaust itself) exhaust options for 2016 convertible? Seems everything I look at specifically says "Fastback", hinting they won't fit the vert. Don't mind axle-backs, but I don't want to mess with underbody supports or structures. Leaning towards Steeda AB's.

I've installed the Ford Racing X-pipe on my convertible. The instructions cover installing it on the convertible as well.

Can you provide any feedback on the convertible install? How hard is it? Do you have to remove the convertible frame braces??

I had the same problem trying to decide which system I wanted on my 15 Vert. I understand that a lot of the catback systems were revised to fit the vert's. I know Borla and Magna flow did for sure anyway. I went with Ford Racing by Borla Touring cat back and I love it. I had a local shop do the install because I don't have a lift plus I'm lazy :). They told me they had to remove the bracing in order to install the system. They however did a horrible job lining up the tips so I won't be taking it back there for any other work:headbonk:

What is the issue with removing the rear vert bracing to do exhaust work? It goes back on once you get the system installed if it is a proper fit. Yes its extra work but considering the things that have to be done to install springs or struts or even LTH, the rear brace is a small item. And like I said it goes back on (at least if you want to keep the protection it offers).

It was very easy to take the brace and the exhaust off of the car and put it back on. The hardest part was cutting the exhaust - remember measure twice. ;)

Im still waiting for Corsa for my Vert. They said here that they would have it after the new year but I emailed them and it sounds like its not going to happen in the near future.

I believe that all of the Solo exhausts fit both the vert and non-verts.
