Looked at it again and must say the panel alignment is precise. The rear bumper cover is tight. How about the rear window and the roof (a frequent spot of misalignment)? Looks like you struck gold ;)

My Borla Sport cat back arrived yesterday. The box was too long to angle it in the Mustangs trunk. Today is no rain, tomorrow rain. I'll drive my truck tomorrow to pick it up and my son and I will put it on Saturday.

Looks GREAT! Although I AM biased towards that color. By now, you should be used to all this rain. Rumors of over an inch tomorrow... again!

Run it with the stock exhaust for a while so you can really appreaciate the new exhaust setup! Took me a month-and-a-half to get mine on. I waited to get an aluminum driveshaft, and did them both together. But... the wait was worth it!

Mostly...the rear window and roof alignment was the first thing I checked. It was bright sunlight on the front of the car at first inspection. One tiny chip in the paint in a very unusual spot. At the very top left looking at the front of the car on the very back edge of the top of the front fascia next to the hood about a half inch line long. In fact the dealer had to point it out. The paint specialist is coming Friday to touch up, but if that doesn't match, they will repaint the entire front bumper.

I ordered a 2016 GT convertible on Nov 6, so far I haven't received any information from the dealer. When placing the order they told me it could take 8 weeks but likely it will be less. I guess I should press them for more information since it's been more than 10 days. They should have something like a VIN?

Yes, check with them. My sales guy didn't even know what A DORA was and that I got right away after pressing them. With the DORA, it will show the dealer's account number and their order number. Then PM Ford Service, Deysha, with that info. Perhaps she can shed some light on your order. I did get my VIN about 3 weeks after order entry from the dealer when I first emailed her. She is very helpful to us all. And with all that are asking her to do things give her a little while to respond.

Get a DORA from your dealer, then PM the informationtype to FordService on this forum. Deysha will give you better info than your dealer.

I think you are ok on timing still, I ordered my car on Labor Day and still don't have an eta for my car...

Wooo Hooo....got her yesterday! Actually could have gotten her earlier but didn't know about her arriving until Sunday night. Dealer called me on my home phone Friday night when I was out. Then as I have that phone that blinks down on the floor, I didn't see the message light, not that it would have caused me to check because I hardly ever do. Anyway, twice Saturday and unknown number called and left no message. That number called again Sunday night so I figured I'd find out who was calling! It was the sales rep letting me know the car arrived early. It wasn't expected to be in until today. ...

You are spending a lot of money, make the sales guy earn his commission. You have the right to ask questions. I have been bothering my salesman at least once a week for 3 months.

My sales guy is the same way, and I to have already gone to Deysha to get more information then the sales guy or manager were willing to give out. The only good thing about my guy is that he is willing to give me printed copies of all the paperwork so that I can have it all documented from order to received and beyond.
