When is the first delivery to Oz?

Very interested to hear the outcome/reason gs60wa.

Just had a call from Ford informing me that my car is on the Fidelio and that dealer delivery should be approximately 30 days from the time the boat left Baltimore. Pretty optimistic considering the boat left on the 8th of Nov and isn't due into Port of Melb until 8th Dec...

Going to follow up my dealer to see what their latest ETA in the system is. If it's going to take 2-3 weeks to get from the port to the dealer it will be touch and go if I get mine before Xmas.

I'm in the same boat (or should I say my Mustang is on the Fidelio too ), yeah had a call from Ford just after midday today as well, same message, I will be checking with my dealer next week when I have some more free time.

Just got the same email as well.

My car was meant to go into production 2 weeks ago.

Hoping my car arrives in January (was meant to be december) at least it will make a good birthday present to myself.

It's unbelievable that they can't even a simple email right.

BTW I ticked the "chitti chitti bang bang" option. The wings are hidden next to the adaptive suspension.

Can't wait till I'm "flying" around in my 'stang.

After receiving the phone call a couple of weeks ago from Ford Aus, with the vin and the supposed 30 Nov build date, that lots of people received, I contacted Deysha.
She told me that there is no build date yet for the car, but gave me a build week, starting 07/12/15.
Close to the 30Nov, but no banana....
That will be probably exactly one year since ordering....
Time for more beer....the anger has subsided a tad to almost a tinge of excitement. ..

Just to follow up on my rant earlier, it seems that it was partly my fault...
Iv'e just realised that even thought that I have signed a pre-contact, I didnt actually pay my deposit until March. Hence, my order is considered as March order :frusty:
I still blame the salesperson tho, who has since left the dealership, for not chasing me for a deposit!!!
