I like the Roush front & rear but don't like any of the scoops, including the one on the hood.

The hood scoop could look alot cleaner if was blended on the sides to the existing hood lines by a good body shop, and of course add in some form of functionallity as well.

Is it just me or do others think this as well....the hood scoop is taken away somewhat by the hood lines. and I love the hood lines. This is why I may not get the hood scoop.

Other vote please.

The front of my RS1 is what sold me on it. She gets so many looks driving around and it all starts with the front end. Eventually I plan to wrap the roof in a gloss black and I'll have to decide what to do with the hood scoop. The flat black vinyl doesn't look bad but it will be kind of out of place with a gloss black roof and the gloss black spoiler.

Oh I'm thinking that I may someday replace the hood with something like this.

THIS x 100000000000000000000000000000

OP do what you want with the front fascia but I don't like side scoops at all.

I like the hood scoop but it does exactly that, takes away the recessed look in between the spears

cervini or a cow hood > that one

Its looking more and more right now that I will get the rear spoiler put on and the side and window scoops. Probably going to hold off on the front fascia and hood scoop for now. I have some money being tied up in rims and tires that will be at my door in about a week anyway. lol. A supercharger is also higher on my list for right now.

don't forget that with the Roush bumper the fog lights get relocated, and that when you use your signal the fog light will still turn off. Might look kinda wonky
maybe but only for the short amount of time... surprised DD hasn't come out with something to stop the fog from turning off.
Agreed. I'm anxiously waiting for someone to come up with something for this. I absolutely hate the way the fog light turns off. Seriously. I can just imagine how silly this looks in people's rear view mirrors. I'm sure most people I get from behind and go around are like "Wow, I just witnessed this guy's fog light go out. I wonder if a rock hit it." Half the time they don't see it come back on because by the time the turning signal goes off, I'm on the side of them or... way in front of them :p. Honestly, it's a little embarrassing and feels ghetto as hell, but maybe that's just me.

OP, IDK what's up with the votes or some of the comments, but going with the Roush fascia kit is an absolute no brainer, at least to me it is, lol.

The Roush fascia is by far the most exciting exterior modification I've done to my car. Everyone is constantly staring in the rear view mirrors trying to see what kind of mustang you're driving and waiting for you to pass them up. Also, it's different and not like most of the other S550 on the roads. The stock front looks cool and all but yeah... It's one thing to do side scoops or a spoiler, but a whole new front? Shit yeah man!

Everyone has their preference, but if you prefer to set yourself apart from the other mustangs out there, the Roush fascia would be a perfect start.

With all of that being said, here are some pics of the fascia on my magnetic vert.

This was my main issue with it, just didn't seem to "sit" on the hood right.

Another reason I bailed on it for now. I liked the lines on the OE hood.
